In cooperation with customer K, we jointly created a unique doll based on a popular game character.

K is a talented illustrator and cartoonist who also runs his own retail store. Full of love for games and creation, she has created many eye-catching works and peripheral products inspired by game fan designs. Because of her love for the game Fire Emblem: Romance, she and I started a collaborative project on a plush doll of the character Edelgard.

One of the difficulties faced in the collaboration was how to accurately capture the details and personality of the game characters and ensure that the doll designs closely matched the prototype characters. Because in actual production, many details cannot be completely restored, and details need to be selected and simplified. During this process, we conducted repeated discussions and adjustments, and conducted in-depth research on the image and characteristics of the game character to ensure that the doll could perfectly represent the charm of this character.

Through in-depth communication and careful planning, we successfully combined K’s unique creativity with my toy-making experience to create a cute and exquisitely detailed Edelgard plush doll. From design to production, we worked together to ensure that every detail could properly reflect the charm and characteristics of the character. During the cooperation process, we continue to improve and optimize, and are committed to bringing the most satisfactory works to our customers.

In the end, the doll received a warm welcome after its release and quickly sold out in stores. It was recognized by customers and loved by fans of this character. This cooperation not only strengthens our cooperative relationship, but also demonstrates our common pursuit of details and quality.

As a designer and illustrator, M also runs his own store, selling a variety of design products, including plush toys, stickers, acrylic stand-ups, and berets. She gave full play to her design talents and planned to transform this unique digital pet image design into a unique IP. We plan to present this image in the form of a keychain, which is easy to carry and allows users to feel the charm of this unique design anytime and anywhere.

During the cooperation process, M expressed her confusion about how to use different fabrics to express the characteristics of the doll, especially as it was her first plush product. I gave full play to my professional abilities and helped her find various fabrics in the market, and actively communicated with the production department to improve the doll’s image. Finally, as M’s first plush product, it immediately attracted widespread attention when it was announced.

Based on this image, she also designed a variety of products, including emoticons and stickers with various expressions, enriching the diversity of the product line. In the future, based on sales, we will also jointly launch more image-related plush products to expand market coverage and provide customers with more choices.

Customer M specializes in the production of animation plush toys and peripheral products.

M is full of love for animation. She puts her heart and soul into the design of every animation image and incorporates her unique personal ideas into it. We have worked together on multiple projects, and each project is the culmination of our joint efforts.

In cooperation, customers’ trust and satisfaction in us is one of our biggest motivations. She has full confidence in our production team. This tacit understanding of mutual trust and cooperation allows us to pursue perfection more actively and ensure that each project exceeds the expectations of both parties.

Another encouraging aspect is that because customer M’s anime image is so popular among fans, the order quantity for the same series of products has reached several thousand, and repurchases continue to occur. This fully demonstrates the recognition and love of our customers and fans for the quality of our products, and is also the best reward for our hard work and excellence.

But at the same time, we are also challenged by how to deal with a sudden large number of orders in a short period of time. Customer M’s animation image was loved by fans, which triggered a sudden and substantial increase in order volume, which put a huge test on our production and delivery time.

Client A is very passionate about the beloved game “Genshin Impact”, and she has used paintings to express the images of many game characters, including the beloved character Dadalia in the game.

We were fortunate to work with client A to jointly create the plush toy image of Dadalia in “Genshin Impact”. During the cooperation process, Client A’s love and meticulousness for the character of Dadalia allowed us to more accurately capture the characteristics and personality of the character, adding inspiration and vitality to the creative process. Through close communication and cooperation, we successfully transformed customer A’s design into reality and produced the popular Dadalia plush toy work.

But the process is not always smooth sailing. We will encounter material selection and quality control issues during the production process.

Customer A has very high quality requirements for original works. She hopes that the final plush toy work will not only accurately represent the character image, but also have excellent feel and durability. Therefore, we face certain challenges in choosing the right materials and ensuring the quality of the production.

In order to solve this difficulty, we conducted extensive market research and material screening to find high-quality plush materials that meet customer requirements and ensure compliance with relevant safety standards. Customer C also has stricter product requirements and needs us to meet her design standards in a short time. However, Customer C showed great patience and cooperative spirit during the cooperation process, and worked hard with us.
