Rapid production for event promotion
The Challenge
The customer needs to quickly complete the entire process from sample production to formal manufacturing to meet the usage requirements of club activities.
· Small order quantity: Custom plush elephant keychains for club mascots, size: 10-13cm, initial order quantity: 50 pieces (later adjusted to 20 pieces)
· 1:1 restoration：The club design draft shall be restored on a 1:1 scale, including details such as the facial blush and the triangular scarf.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, arrange designers to create samples immediately, and clearly inform customers of the sample production cycle.
· Rapid Response: We offered two quotation options for 50 and 20 pieces to address the customer’s concerns.
· Accurate restoration: We provide fabric and embroidery thread color cards for selection, confirm all details one by one to fully match the design draft.
